My grand-daughter was taken by CPS almost 2 years ago from her father. I have been fighting to get custody of her. I have been through 2 lawyers, not good ones. After failing with these lawyers I have gotten up with a retired superior court judge that will take my case but I will need 10,000 to 15,000 thousand to require his help.
Cps is taking children in this area like the plague. The federal funding they are getting for these children is outrageous. It is happening all over this country and with little reasoning. My grand-daughter has suffered immensely and is still suffering.She is in a foster care home that is abusive and I am about to lose my mind! Its the worse experience in the world to have to tell her you cant take her with you when she begs you to take her. I cannot describe the pain. will provide more info shortly and pictures.
